William Meaux - Producer, Filmmaker
Willy Meaux has 40 years of experience in Washington as an independent filmmaker, video producer and communications strategist. He is presently Affiliate Faculty to the Mason Film School of the College of Visual and Performing Arts. He was a Member of the Board of Directors of the Arts At Mason Board of the College of Visual and Performing Arts from 2018 - 2021. In 2004, he founded Longthrow Multimedia International LLC, a film and video production company. As President of Longthrow, he produced hundreds of commercials, documentaries, film projects and media content for broadcast and internet streaming. In 2018, he re-established his firm Meaux Group principally as a film production company under the Longthrow Media TM brand. He is a co-founder of the Marconi Project of the Italian American Museum of Washington, DC which produces documentary films about the history and experiences of Italian immigrants who have made significant contributions in the Capital of the United States. Longthrow Media TM , a division of Meaux Group, continues to produce commercials, short films and feature films.
Abigail Meaux - Editor, Filmmaker
Abigail Meaux is an editor and filmmaker in Los Angeles, California. She is a highly skilled editor in Adobe Premier Pro, AVID Media Composer and DaVinci Resolve. Additionally, she is a performance specialist at Flawless AI using Flawless' True Sync Performance Transfer for Visual Dubbing on international feature films. She also has specialty audio skills using Pro Tools.
She has worked on promotional materials for NBC Universal's Resident Alien, Blumhouse's docuseries Blumhouse's Compendium of Horror as well as many other Indie feature and short film projects, nonprofit videos and advertising spots.
Abby graduated from the University of North Carolina School of Arts and Filmmaking with concentrations in Film and Television Production, including Post Production and Sound Design and holds certifications in Film and Video Production.
She is an established freelance editor in the film industry in Hollywood, and as such, is committed as an editor to enhancing the craft of acting and the art of actors through the technical skills she has mastered.
Jeff Herberger - Editor, Directory of Photography
Jeff Herberger is a freelance director of photography and editor in the greater Washington, D.C. area. He is a United States Navy veteran and a graduate of the University of Southern California School of Cinema-Television. After leaving the service, he worked as a camera operator for The World Wrestling Federation during the original days of WrestleMania, then spent 14 years working on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C. at the Democratic Campaign Committee as a camera operator and editor. Many years of working in the independent film world followed that, including being the director of photography and editor on One-Eyed Horse Productions three western feature films One-Eyed Horse, Day of The Gun and Bill Tilghman and The Outlaws. Currently Jeff is a freelance video contract camera operator and editor for the federal government.
